1. The type of remedies, their potency and the text of the instructions have been chosen by two qualified homeopaths Di Seymour and Jan Calvert . The remedies are provided by Vital Homeopathics and Mann Homeopathics. Details of the remedies in the kits are given on this website and, whilst the Little Birth Kit Co do not offer homeopathic advice, we are happy to explain details about the kits (such as contents, size of bottles, etc.). It is the responsibility of the customer to ensure that the remedies are appropriate to their needs either by consulting their own homeopath or Di Seymour and Jan Calvert.
2. The customer places an order by either via the secure site (Nochex), by email or by post. The e-mail should contain
   • name and address of customerdelivery address if differenttype and quantity of kits requiredany additional information required in clause 2 below
   • If placing an order via Nochex, do leave your address and contact details otherwise we cannot post you the goods!
   Once the order confirmed by payment has been received, the order will be processed. We will endevour to despatch the kit within 24 hours, though weeekends and Bank Holidays may introduce a delay.Postage and packing is for 2nd class inland post within the UK. Should the customer require a more urgent dispatch or delivery outside the UK, they must state this in an e-mail when ordering a birth kit. Postage and packing costs may be higher. The Caesarean Kit is sent first class as standard.With orders placed by e-mail, The Little Birth Kit Company will need to reply to confirm details. As the kits contain homeopathic remedies, once opened, no refund can be given. The kits will be sent in a marked envelope. If you find that you no longer require the kit(s), do not open the envelope!! All refunds for sales made via online payment will be less the fee charged by the online payment provider.
