4-REMEDY COMBINATION: ARNICA 200c : To heal bruising & shock. For pain relief, especially if the mother says she is OK when she is not.

BELLIS PERENNIS 200c: To heal deep tissue in the abdomen.

CALENDULA 200c: To heal scar tissue and prevent infection.

HYPERICUM 30c: To help prevent infection and relieve pain. [Also to support recovery after an epidural]. Take this anyway: Dose: 3 drops in the mouth 4 times a day after the operation for 3 days. 3 drops in mouth every hour it there is a lot of pain

NUX VOMICA 200c: To help both parents if they experience distress about the medical procedure or at the sight of blood. Dose: Take one tablet every hour as needed

PULSATILLA 200c : To support mother when she is discouraged and may be tearful and needy. She may lack thirst and long for fresh air. Dose: Take one tablet every hour as needed

AFTER THE BIRTH:

PHOSPHORUS 200c: To help with after- effects of anaesthesia. Dose: Take one tablet every hour as needed.

STAPHYSAGRIA 30c: To support mother if she feels distressed or angry because of the operation. Also to help with pain after the operation. Dose: Take one tablet every hour as needed
