: To support
mother when feeling panicky and fears for
her and the baby's safety.
ARNICA
: To heal bruising, pain relief and shock.
KALI
PHOS: To support mother and birth partner
if very tired.
PULSATILLA:
To support mother when she is discouraged
and may be tearful and needy.
CAULOPHYLLUM:
To support mother when contractions slow
down or stop.
AFTER
THE BIRTH:
ARNICA:
To help general recovery and especially
bruising, aching muscles and after-pains.
HYPERICUM:
To help prevent infection and relieve pain.
Also to support mother if it is necessary
to have an epidural or a caesarean.
HYPERCAL:
An antiseptic, it helps to heal cuts, tears
and the baby's umbilical area.
RESCUE
REMEDY: Not included in the kit but very
good general support.
